Protecting your personal data is a priority for BlissingMind. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we process it and what rights you have, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.

2. Data collected and purposes
2.1 Contact form
When you complete our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address and message content.
Purpose Replying to your request and following up on our exchange.
Legal basis Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention 3 years from the last contact.
2.2 Orders and purchases
When purchases become available on BlissingMind, we may collect your name, email address, billing address, order history and information needed to deliver digital content.
Payment data will be processed exclusively by Stripe; BlissingMind will never store your full banking details on its own servers.
Purpose Processing and delivering your order, issuing invoices and after-sales support.
Legal basis Performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention 7 years from the transaction for accounting data.
2.3 Payments via Stripe
Payments, once enabled, will be processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland) through a secure TLS connection.
Stripe may collect technical data to secure payments and detect fraud, acting as an independent controller.

2.4 Transactional emails
Order confirmation and digital delivery emails may be sent via the transactional email provider configured by Unfoldia SRL for BlissingMind. These providers will process your email address only for these communications.
Purpose Order confirmation and delivery of purchased digital products.

2.5 Audience measurement — Matomo
BlissingMind uses self-hosted Matomo Analytics in cookie-free mode to understand website usage and improve content.
- No analytics cookie is placed in cookie-free mode
- The IP address is anonymised before processing
- Data is not shared with advertising third parties
- Data remains hosted in Europe
Legal basis Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
2.6 Server logs
Our hosting provider may automatically record technical data for each HTTP request: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, operating system and response code.
Purpose Security, technical diagnosis and attack prevention.
Retention Maximum 12 months.
3. Processors and data transfers
BlissingMind uses or may use the following processors. Services that are not yet enabled are listed provisionally.

5. Data security
BlissingMind implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure:
- Encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS)
- Data access restricted to authorised people
- Hosting on secure servers in Europe
- Payments processed by Stripe when this feature is enabled
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy at any time, especially following legal changes or changes in our practices. The latest update date is shown at the bottom of this page.
