Terms of sale

These terms of sale are issued by Unfoldia SRL, the Belgian company publishing BlissingMind, whose registered office is located at Rue Longue 19, 1370 Piétrain, Belgium. Belgian company number BCE/KBO: 1039.335.303. VAT not applicable — Belgian small-business VAT exemption scheme.

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of digital resources offered on blissingmind.com by Unfoldia SRL, for the BlissingMind brand.

2. Products covered

BlissingMind offers or will offer digital well-being and personal development resources, including guided hypnosis audios, presentations or PowerPoints, worksheets, exercises, themed programmes and downloadable documents.

Each product page specifies, where available, the included content, format, language, access method and any technical limitations.

3. Prices, taxes and availability

Prices for digital products are shown in euros. Applicable VAT is calculated according to the tax rules in force, including the customer’s country of residence.

Unless otherwise stated, the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order. Unfoldia SRL may change its prices at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Order process

The customer selects the desired product(s), checks the order summary, accepts these terms of sale and proceeds to payment.

The order becomes final after payment confirmation. A confirmation email may be sent to the address provided by the customer.

5. Secure payment

Payment is planned through Stripe Checkout or any other secure payment provider indicated during checkout. Banking information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by BlissingMind.

If payment is refused, cancelled or fails, the order is not validated and access to the digital product is not delivered.

6. Digital delivery and access

Digital products are delivered by download or online access after confirmed payment, for example through a secure page, temporary link and/or transactional email.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and having compatible equipment to download, read or use the supplied files.

7. Withdrawal right and waiver

For digital content supplied immediately without a physical medium, the customer acknowledges that performance of the contract may begin before the end of the legal withdrawal period.

When the customer requests or accepts immediate access to the digital content, the customer acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once download or access has begun, in accordance with the rules applicable to digital content.

8. Refunds

Unless required by law, immediately accessible digital products are not refundable after delivery or start of access.

If a technical issue prevents access to the product, the customer should contact BlissingMind. A reasonable solution will be sought: a new link, technical assistance, file replacement or, if no solution is possible, a refund.

9. Customer account and security

If a customer area or account is implemented, the customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Sharing access or fraudulent use may lead to suspension of access to the relevant resources.

10. User licence and intellectual property

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to private or internal use.

Texts, audios, materials, programmes, images and files remain protected by copyright and remain the property of Unfoldia SRL, Céline Van Nieuwenborgh and/or their rights holders.

Any copying, distribution, resale, public sharing, platform upload, adaptation or commercial exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

11. Health disclaimer and limits

BlissingMind resources are not therapy, medical or psychological diagnosis, nor a substitute for professional care.

They are intended as well-being support. In case of significant distress, persistent symptoms, crisis, diagnosed disorder or medical doubt, the customer must consult a qualified health professional or the competent emergency services.

12. Liability

BlissingMind strives to offer serious and accessible content but does not guarantee any specific result. Use of the resources remains the customer’s responsibility.

Unfoldia SRL cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, technical incompatibilities, temporary interruptions or misuse of the content, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Personal data

Data required for ordering, payment, delivery and support is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and, where applicable, the cookie policy.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Unfoldia SRL’s registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
